It's Official: Austin Clinches Playoff Spot Monday, August 10th , 2144 Austin Grackles players hooted and hollered with excitement today when the club made it official - they've secured a playoff spot. The Americas Baseball League North American Division title is not yet secured, but the club will be going to the postseason regardless, on the strength of their current 79-29 record. "Proud of the guys, proud of our effort," said starting pitcher Rupert Wuestenhagen. "These guys are hungry to bring the 2nd AA World Series to our franchise." |
