June's Best Hurler in ABL-AA is Ezeamaka Thursday, July 1st , 2151 When Awinagh Ezeamaka takes the mound, a Carolina victory is usually the result. At least that's the way it was in June. He excelled with a 5-0 mark and a 2.76 ERA in 6 starts, tossed 49 innings, fanned 33 and held opposing batters to a .208 average. That's why the Coqui starter was honored today as the Pitcher of the Month by the Americas Baseball League. This season, Ezeamaka has compiled a 10-1 mark with a 2.21 ERA in 11 starts. |
