Sandoval Torches Dolphins for 5 Hits Wednesday, July 22nd, 2111 Juan Sandoval of the Belem Jaguars outhit everybody on the field today at Jaguars Stadium, but it was all for naught. Even as Sandoval personally tore up the Tucuman Dolphins with a 5-for-6 day, the Dolphins were sending his Jaguars down to a 5-4 defeat. Juan Sandoval singled in the 1st, doubled in the 3rd, singled in the 4th, doubled in the 7th, grounded out in the 9th and hit an RBI single in the 11th. Looking at his present stats, Sandoval has compiled a .326 batting average in 97 games with a .406 on-base percentage, while hitting no home runs and driving in 26 runs. |
