Coqui Buried - Out of Playoffs Wednesday, August 9th , 2147 Not even the most diehard Carolina Coqui fan thought the team had much chance at the playoffs this year. But now even the faintest hopes have been put to rest, as the Coqui were mathematically eliminated from the postseason hunt today. Carolina last appeared in the postseason in 2145. This is their 2nd consecutive year missing the playoffs, and in total they have not advanced past the regular season 38 times in their 48 - year history. In the last 10 seasons, the Coqui have made the playoffs 2 times. Carolina last won the AA World Series in 2110. |
