IBL-AA's #1 Batter Announced Friday, September 1st , 2147 At only 25 years of age, Kutaiba bin Jabbar could very well be having many more months like the last this in his career. That would be great news for fans of the Gwangju Monks, as August was one to remember for the right fielder and he has captured the Intercontinental Baseball League Batter of the Month award. On the month he hit .208 with 11 home runs, 21 RBIs and 19 runs scored. Posting a .190 batting average to date, bin Jabbar has 27 home runs and 65 RBIs. |
