Ospreys Prevail, as League Championship Series Goes to the Wire Monday, September 25th , 2147 The Homestead was the buzzing center of the baseball universe tonight, hosting the deciding game of the League Championship Series. The Gujranwala Ospreys and Canberra Comets had battled tooth and nail to arrive at the final game and in the end it was the Ospreys prevailing 3-2 to move on to the AA World Series. "There's no feeling quite like winning a series in the final game," said an excited Allberto Mergulho, who was named series MVP. "This was two great teams and it turned out to be a great series.
