Moreno Fires Shutout in Legionnaires Victory Wednesday, June 17th , 2150 Miguel Moreno was dynamite at Amex Stadium, blowing away the Eldoret Cape Buffalo in a shutout victory. The Venice Legionnaires starter had everything working as he held the Cape Buffalo to 9 hits in the 15-0 win. "He was pure nasty out there today," said Eldoret skipper . "I don't think any team in the league would've had a chance against what he was bringing." Moreno finished the game with 11 strikeouts and no walks.
